This website belongs to Dr. Ivan Prabowo, an orthodontist practising in Singapore. This page explains what happens to your personal data when you use it, in line with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

The enquiry form

The enquiry form does not save or send anything from this website. When you press “Continue in WhatsApp”, your answers are placed into a WhatsApp message on your own device. Nothing is sent until you press send in WhatsApp.

When you message us on WhatsApp

We use your name, contact number and the details you share only to reply to you and arrange your appointment. To book a visit, we may share your name, contact number and preferred times with the clinic where you will be seen: Lé by An Dental or Greenlife Dental. WhatsApp is run by Meta, and messages are also handled under WhatsApp’s privacy policy.

Please don’t send medical records or X-rays by WhatsApp unless we ask for them. They are better shared at the clinic.

Website analytics

We use PostHog to understand, in aggregate, how people use this website, such as which pages are visited and how visitors arrive. It uses cookies and collects information such as your browser type, device and approximate location. This data is processed on servers in the United States. We do not use it to identify you or for advertising. You can block cookies in your browser settings and the website will still work.

Links to other websites

This website links to the clinics, Instagram, YouTube and other sites. They have their own privacy policies, which apply once you leave this website.

Your choices

You can ask to see or correct the personal data we hold about you, or withdraw your consent for us to use it, at any time. Message us on WhatsApp at +65 8955 4968 and we will reply within a reasonable time. Records kept by the clinics as part of your treatment are held by those clinics under their own policies.
